Places

A place belongs to a product and is a named geographical point where a vehicle planning can start and end. It can also be used to pre-plan the location of pauses.

A place can have one of two properties:

• Depot. A place where vehicle shifts can start or end.
• Waiting position. A place an idle vehicle can relocate to. Places with this property are used as the target locations for automated vehicle repositioning.
