Minimum age confirmation required

Minimum age confirmation required is a provider feature that allows you to specify a minimum age for users of the provider.

This age has then to be confirmed by the user when creating an account in ioki Passenger App or in ioki Web Booking. In ioki Platform this is handled by setting a timestamp as the Minimum Age Confirmed at date on the user.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the provider.
2. Within the Provider features section, select the checkbox Minimum age confirmation required.
3. Select Save.

Configure this feature

This feature can be configured within the section Minimum age in the tenant settings of a provider.
