High Mobility

High Mobility is a provider feature that allows you to integrate the High Mobility telemetry API to streamline the process of collecting telemetry data from multiple OEMs, eliminating the need for individual connections by consolidating data from a single provider.

The following data are retrieved from the High Mobility API:

  • Battery level
  • Remaining vehicle range (as distance)
  • Charging state
  • Estimated time until full recharge

Use cases of this feature

Vehicle monitoring (battery level and range)

Operators can view the battery level and remaining range of their vehicles directly in Control Center. This allows them to monitor the charging or fuel status and take necessary actions, ensuring vehicles are ready for use when needed.

Charging state and progress for EVs

Operators can track the charging status and progress of their electric vehicles within Control Center, enabling them to plan vehicle deployment more effectively by knowing when vehicles will be fully charged and ready for operation.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

  1. Navigate to the management settings of the provider.
  2. Within the Provider features section, select the checkbox High Mobility.
  3. Select Save.
