Warnings for delayed rides
The product feature warnings for delayed rides helps administrators (operators) identify delayed Control Center bookings.
If activated, the product overview highlights rides that meet all of the following conditions:
- The ride was booked by an operator in Control Center.
- The ride is in the driver accepted state.
- The pickup time is delayed.
ioki Platform shows these rides in two places:
- The validation warning Delayed operator bookings is displayed at the top of the overview.
- The table Delayed rides (operator bookings) below the live HERE map of the dashboard lists the delayed trips.
Scope and limitations
- This feature applies only to rides booked by operators in Control Center.
- It highlights only rides that are already in the driver accepted state and currently delayed.
Use cases of this feature
This allows operators to inform affected passengers about the delay by phone, SMS, or email and, if necessary, cancel or make new bookings for them.
Activate this feature
Roles: Super Admin
- Navigate to the management settings of the product.
- Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Warnings for delayed rides.
- Select Save.
