Overview

The overview provides administrators (operators) with a concise overview of key statistics for the product on the current day.

Live statistics

The following statistics are shown:

  • Delay at Pickup. This is the median of the difference between actual pick up time and the negotiated pick up time for all rides of the current day in the state dropped off. The negotiated time is here defined as the minimum of the negotiation time window.
  • Delay at Dropoff. This is the median of the difference between actual drop off time and the negotiated drop off time for all rides of the current day in the state dropped off. The negotiated drop off time used here is the maximum of the negotiated time window.
  • Seats (in use). This displays the total number of seats occupied by passengers in rides currently in the picked up state.
  • Seats (available). This is the sum of all seats of all vehicles that have currently active vehicle plannings and are not in use.
  • Completed Rides. Number of rides completed on the current day.
  • Transported Passengers. The number of ride requests is in parentheses (of “x”). The number next to the vehicle icon is the number of picked up rides, and the number next to the person icon is the number of transported passengers.

The daily live statistics are reset at 0:00 AM UTC (Universal Time Coordinated).

Live HERE map

A live map provided by HERE delivers information on vehicle positions and displays station pins. Yellow and red lines indicate increased traffic volume.

Show stations

On the bottom left corner of the map, each user can independently select Show stations to turn on or off the stations from being displayed. This reduces the loading time of the browser, especially for products with many stations. This function is not available for products with a large number of stations, as the visualization of the stations is automatically prevented.

This option is not available if Disable Station Markers in Admin UI is active.

Live information

The following information is shown.

If the product feature warnings for delayed rides is activated and if operator-created rides are delayed, the Delayed rides (operator bookings) section is displayed.

  • Available Vehicles
  • Delayed rides (operator bookings)
  • Todays Rides
  • Prebooked Rides (following days)
  • Non dropoff rides after the shift ended
