LogPay credentials

Permissions: manage_logpay_credentials

On the LogPay credentials provider page in Control Center, you can store and review provider-specific LogPay connection details after LogPay has been selected as the payment service provider.

Open LogPay credentials

In the provider area in Control Center, select LogPay credentials.

If no credentials have been stored yet, create them first on this page.

Add or edit LogPay credentials

The page lets you manage the following values:

  • Server URL
  • Client ID
  • Merchant ID
  • Public key
  • Secret key
  • Braintree environment
  • Braintree Access Token

If the provider does not use PayPal through Braintree, set the Braintree environment to Without Braintree. In that case, no Braintree Access Token is required.

Manage product-specific merchant IDs

The view also includes Product merchant mappings. Use them if different products need different LogPay merchant IDs.

If no product-specific mapping is stored, LogPay uses the main Merchant ID.

Accepted LogPay payment methods

LogPay can support the following passenger payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • SEPA direct debit
  • PayPal

PayPal requires a Braintree setup.

Disconnect LogPay

The page also includes a disconnect action that starts a user data purge request for LogPay. To confirm the action, enter the safeword shown on the page.
