Driver username

The driver username is part of the driver’s login for ioki Vehicle App, together with the driver password.

In ioki Platform, the username:

• is required for unarchived drivers
• must be unique within the same product
• is removed when the driver is archived

When you create a driver in Control Center and leave the username field empty, the form suggests one automatically after you leave the last-name field. The suggestion combines first and last name, removes non-word characters, and converts the result to lowercase.
