Control Center

Control Center is the admin area of ioki Platform where Provider Admins and Product Admins manage the providers and products they are responsible for, adjust tenant settings, and complete day-to-day operational workflows in the UI. ioki Operator is the newer operator-facing tool that has taken over much of this operational work, while Control Center remains in use for configuration and functionality not yet available in ioki Operator.

What you can do here

Control Center groups the work an administrator does around three areas:

  • Provider administration. Provider Admins manage provider-level configuration, tenant settings, and the tools that apply across every product a provider offers.
  • Product administration. Product Admins manage a single product’s day-to-day operation, including its areas, drivers, rides, stations, users, vehicles, and vehicle plannings.
  • Operational workflows. The recurring tasks administrators carry out in the UI, such as reviewing transactions, handling payments, and managing passenger-facing content.

For an explanation of what providers and products are, and how they relate to each other, see Platform. For Super Admin activation and management settings, see the Management Area.

Access and permissions

Access to each area depends on the administrator’s role and permissions. Control Center distinguishes between Provider Admin and Product Admin responsibilities. For the shared role and permission model, see Role-based access control.
