Public transport fallback

Permissions: update_product

In the Public transport fallback section of the tenant settings of a product, a Public Transport Fallback URI template can be predefined.

This is a deep link to a website from a public transport provider in the product area, for example, the corresponding provider itself. If that provider has a web form for public transport requests, it can be prefilled with data from the ride request.

If there is a ride request and no vehicle is available, the user can be redirected to the prefilled form as an easy way to see public transport alternatives.

For better readability, this input can be structured across multiple lines. On generation, all lines are concatenated into one.

https://pickup.now\n?latitude=%{origin_lat}\n&longitude=%{origin_lng}\n

This is rendered as:

https://pickup.now?latitude=50.104558&longitude=8.649113
