Ride support
In the Ride support section of the tenant settings of a product, you can configure the Ride Support URI Template.
This is useful if a provider has its own system for offering or collecting support requests. In that case, a deep link to a specific website can be added to ioki Passenger App using the following information:
| Placeholder | Example | Description |
|---|---|---|
| %{ride_id} | rid_de7f4f1c-5c4d-4c01-b0db-83c5816f6560 | ID of affected ride |
| %{user_email} | email1%40example.com | Email address of user |
| %{user_first_name} | Max | First name of user |
| %{user_last_name} | Nutzermann | Last name of user |
| %{user_unique_customer_id} | Y23L5D | Unique customer ID of user |
As with the Public Transport Fallback deep link, this input can be structured across multiple lines for better readability. When generated, all lines are concatenated into one.
https://helpme.now\n?ride_reference=%{ride_id}\n&customer_reference=%{user_unique_customer_id}\nis rendered as
https://helpme.now?ride_reference=rid_123456&customer_reference=TSTUSR
