Mentz credentials

Administrators (operators) can add provider-specific Mentz credentials so the provider can use its own contract for the service.

Create Mentz credentials

From the provider view in Control Center, select Manage Mentz credentials in the left sidebar. Then select ⚙️ > Create new, enter the Server URL, add the Secret key if your integration provides one, and select Save.

If a service in Bavaria uses DEFAS for public transport data, consider MENTZ Trip as the public transport adapter for the relevant product and store the matching DEFAS credentials on the provider first.

Some DEFAS-backed MENTZ integrations do not require a secret key. In that case, you can leave Secret key empty and save the credentials with the Server URL only.
