Open the detailed view from Drivers by selecting a driver’s name or ⚙️ > Show.
If you have just created the driver or regenerated the password, Control Center shows the username and generated password in a warning box at the top of the page. This value is rendered for that response and should be copied before you leave the page.
Overview
The Overview tab shows these driver attributes:
- First name
- Last name
- Username
- Phone number
- External ID
- Language
- Product
- Provider
- Operator
- Connected vehicle
If the driver currently has an active vehicle connection, the vehicle name links to the vehicle record. Otherwise, Control Center shows that no vehicle is connected.
Mobile devices
Below the attributes, Control Center shows the most recently created driver mobile device record, if one exists.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Device identifier |
| Token | Device token, shown in truncated form |
| Supports encrypted notifications | Whether the device reports support for encrypted notifications |
| Supports fetching notifications via the API | Whether the device reports support for fetching notifications via the API |
| Created at | Time when the device record was created |
Connected vehicles
The Connected vehicles tab lists the driver’s vehicle connections. Active connections are shown first.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Connection identifier |
| Vehicle | Connected vehicle |
| Active | Whether the connection is currently active |
| Shift start | Activation time |
| Shift end | Deactivation time, if the connection has ended |
Active rows include an action menu. In ioki Platform, that menu can end the connection. On some products it can also offer one-time-code generation for the driver.
Text messages
If SMS is available for the product and the driver has a phone number, the page can include a text messages tab.
The conversation panel itself is rendered only when the current admin has read_sms permission. In that panel you can:
- read the message history for the driver’s phone number
- send a new SMS with the paper-plane button
- send a new SMS with Ctrl + Enter
- mark unread incoming messages as read with the green check icon
