Custom URLs
Custom URLs can be defined for a provider. They allow you to add custom links to the Support menu of ioki Passenger App.
Custom URLs appear after all other default links that are configured within the section Client-app configuration in the tenant settings of a provider.
View custom URLs
Permissions:
manage_custom_urls
From the provider view in Control Center, select ⚙️ > Custom URLs in the dropdown menu. In this view, custom URLs are listed in a table containing the following information.

Create a custom URL
Permissions:
manage_custom_urls
To create a custom URL, select Create new and enter the following information.
The localized fields below support the following languages:
- 🇩🇪 German
- 🇬🇧 English
- 🇫🇷 French
- 🇨🇭 Swiss German
- 🇳🇱 Dutch
- 🇪🇸 Spanish
- 🇮🇹 Italian
- 🇦🇩 Catalan
- 🇸🇦 Arabic
- 🇩🇰 Danish
- 🇹🇷 Turkish
- 🇺🇦 Ukrainian
- URL. Enter the target URL.
- Sort key. Enter a sort key. This field is used to order the custom URLs in ioki Passenger App.
- Name. Enter the localized name of the custom URL.
Select Save.
Edit a custom URL
Permissions:
manage_custom_urls
To edit a custom URL, select ⚙️ > Edit in the dropdown menu. Make the desired changes and then select Save.
Delete a custom URL
Permissions:
manage_custom_urls
To delete a custom URL, select ⚙️ > Delete in the dropdown menu.
