Web Booking
ioki Web Booking is a white-label website where passengers book and manage rides in a browser, without installing an app. Each provider gets its own branded site, served on its own subdomain of a shared domain such as ride-booking.com or fahrt-buchen.de. The site takes its name, logo, colors, languages, payment options, and available features from that provider’s configuration.
ioki Web Booking has two parts, and this section is split to match them:
- Configure web booking is for iokians who set up and maintain providers. It covers the internal control panel used to create a provider, brand its site, choose languages, decide what data to collect, connect the site to the ioki Platform, and take it live.
- Book a ride on the web describes the site from the passenger’s point of view—creating an account, booking a ride, paying, and managing trips.
ioki Web Booking is a separate channel from ioki Booking, which staff use to create rides on behalf of passengers, usually by phone. The two are not the same product.
Configure web booking
iokians configure each provider in a dedicated control panel. A provider represents one branded website, identified by its subdomain and domain. Configuration covers branding, languages and locale, the sign-in method, what contact data to collect, payment, the connection to the ioki Platform, and whether the site is live.

Book a ride on the web
Passengers open their provider’s site, sign in or create an account, and book an on-demand or pre-booked ride in the browser. What a passenger sees—languages, payment methods, ticketing, and other options—depends on how the provider is configured.
