Take a provider live

The Live Status setting controls whether a provider’s site is open to passengers.

Switch the site online

Turn on Live to make the site fully available. While it is on, passengers can create accounts, sign in, and book rides.

While Live is off, no one can sign in or create an account. Only the homepage is visible, showing a custom message in place of the booking flow. Use this state before a provider launches, or during maintenance.

Set the offline message

For a provider that is not live, you can enter the message shown on the homepage, once per available language. Use it to tell passengers that the service is not yet available or is temporarily paused, and what to expect next.
