You can book a ride from your provider’s website in a browser, on a phone or a computer, without installing an app. This section describes what you can do on the site and how the booking flow works.

Your provider decides which features, languages, and payment options are available, so some of the screens described here may look different or may not appear on your site. When a step depends on how the provider is set up, the page says so.
