Passenger App

ioki Passenger App is ioki’s white-label mobile app for passengers, available for iOS and Android. Passengers use it to register, request, book, pay for, and manage their rides.

The app is delivered as a white-label product: each product is published as its own branded app on the Apple App Store and Google Play, so the app name, icon, colors, and available features differ from product to product.

This section documents the app from the passenger’s point of view. It focuses on the tasks passengers carry out in the app, and it applies to both iOS and Android. Where the two platforms differ in a way passengers notice, the difference is called out on the relevant page.
