Languages and locale
The Localisation settings decide which languages the site offers, its default language, its timezone, and how phone numbers are entered.
Choose languages
- Available locales. The languages the site offers. Passengers can switch between the languages you enable here.
- Default locale. The language shown to a passenger who has not chosen one. It must be one of the available languages.
Several other settings—the service claim, the data-collection messages, and the offline message—are entered once per available language. If you add a language later, revisit those settings so the new language is also covered.
Set the timezone
- Timezone identifier. The provider’s timezone. Booking times shown to passengers use this timezone.
Set phone number defaults
These control the country selector used when a passenger enters a phone number:
- Phone number countries preferred. The countries shown at the top of the selector for quick access.
- Phone number country default. The country selected by default.
