Branding and appearance
Branding controls how a provider’s site is named and how it looks. Names and the service claim live under Whitelabel Overrides; colors and images live under Branding.
Set the service names
Under Whitelabel Overrides, set the text shown to passengers:
- Whitelabel legal name. The legal entity name, shown for example in the website footer’s copyright line. If you leave it blank, the provider’s name from the ioki Platform is used.
- Whitelabel service name. The service name shown prominently on the landing page. If you leave it blank, it falls back to the legal name. For a single-product setup this can be the product name, or the marketing name of the service.
- Whitelabel service claim. The slogan shown on the landing page below the service name. You enter it once per available language. If you leave it blank, the site shows a call to action inviting the passenger to sign in or create an account instead.
Set the colors
Under Branding, in Colors, pick the brand colors used across the site:
- Color primary. The main brand color.
- Color primary foreground. The text or icon color shown on top of the primary color.
- Color secondary. The secondary accent color.
- Color walking track. The color used for walking segments on the map.
Upload the images
Under Branding, in Images, upload the branded assets. The control panel states the expected size and format for each:
- Service Logo. Shown at up to 120px wide; height is flexible. Use
JPGorPNG. - Shuttle Icon. The vehicle icon on the map, 44x44px,
SVGpreferred. The front of the vehicle must point upward, as if driving toward the top of the map. - Map Marker Icon. The map pin, 44x58px,
SVGpreferred. - Brand photo. The landing-page image. It uses the full available width in the browser, up to about 560px; height is flexible.
Default shuttle and map marker icons are available from the control panel if a provider does not supply its own.
