Restricted areas
For what this feature does, see Restricted areas in Platform. This item appears in the Control Center product sidebar only when the restricted areas product feature is active.
View restricted areas
From the product overview in Control Center, select Restricted areas in the left sidebar. In this view, restricted areas are listed in a table containing the following information.

The State column shows the current state of each restricted area. For what these states mean, see States in Platform.
Create a restricted area
Permissions:
update_product
To create a restricted area, select Create new and enter the following information.
- Name. The restricted area name.
- Area GeoJSON. The area geometry in GeoJSON.
- Area type. Select either Bounding Box or Polygon from the dropdown menu.
- Starts at. The start time. Optional.
- Ends at. The end time. Optional.
