In the Explanation text for ticketing section of the tenant settings of a provider, you can configure the text that appears in the email a passenger receives when booking a ride that includes a public transport ticket.

Exemplary text of VHH Hochbahn

“The purchase receipt does not entitle you to travel. HVV tickets are sold in the name of HOCHBAHN.”

This text can be specified in different languages and should be provided at least in English and German.
