In-app banners
For what this feature does, see In-app banners in Platform. This item appears in the Control Center product sidebar only when the in-app banners product feature is active.
View in-app banners
Permissions:
manage_announcements
From the product overview in Control Center, select In-app banners in the left sidebar. In this view, in-app banners are listed in a table containing the following information.

Create an in-app banner
Permissions:
manage_announcements
To create an in-app banner, select Create new and fill in the required information.
- Starts and Ends. Define the time period during which the in-app banner should be visible.
- Headline. Enter a brief, clear title containing a maximum of 250 characters.
- Severity. Select the level of importance —
Information,Warning, orDanger. This determines how the banner is visually styled in the app. - Additional information URL. Provide a link to an external page with more details. This URL will be shown within the in-app banner.
- Zone/Station. Select either one zone or station. If you select a zone, the announcement is only shown to passengers. It is returned as a ride inquiry assistance when the origin or destination is inside that zone, and it cannot target drivers. If you select a station, the in-app banner appears as a station announcement on the selected station.
- Show on every app start. Select this flag if the announcement should occur on every app start within the given time period. Otherwise, it will not be shown again after it has been closed once.
- Target. Choose where the in-app banner should appear: ioki Passenger App, ioki Vehicle App, or both.
- Text. Enter the message content to be displayed inside the in-app banner. This can contain a maximum of 2,000 characters.
