Notification settings

Email

Column	Description
Email	Email address of the user
Confirmed	Shows whether the user has confirmed their email address
Newsletter	Shows whether the user is subscribed to newsletter emails
Receipts	Shows whether the user receives receipt emails
Created at	Timestamp of creation

Tokens

Column	Description
Token	Authentication token issued for the user session
Client	Client identifier associated with the token
Created at	Timestamp of creation
Deactivated at	Timestamp when the token was deactivated

Last 15 rides

Column	Description
ID	Unique identifier of the ride
Date	Date and time of the ride
Origin	Origin of the ride
Destination	Destination of the ride

User locations

The detailed view lists the user’s active user locations.

Column	Description
Custom flags	Shows the configured custom label for the user location. If no custom label is configured, Control Center shows a fallback such as Label 1.
Title	Title of the user location
Name	Display name of the user location

Eligibility groups

If the provider supports eligibility groups, the detailed view lists the provider’s groups and the user’s membership state for each group.

Depending on the group’s enabled invite strategies and the user’s current membership state, administrators can manually assign the user, invite the user by email, resend an invitation, remove a strategy, reject a membership, or activate a membership that still has an active strategy.

Mobile devices

Recent Notifications

Administrators (operators) can view the latest notifications sent by the system to the individual passenger. Each notification can either be redelivered or deleted.

Redeliver a recent notification

Permissions: redeliver_notifications

To redeliver a recent notification, select ⚙️ > Redeliver in the dropdown menu.

Delete a recent notification

Permissions: manage_notifications

To delete a recent notification, select ⚙️ > Delete in the dropdown menu.

Payment methods

Service credits

List of service credits

Column	Description
ID	ID of this share of service credits.
Cost	How much did these service credits cost?
Value	What is the monetary value of these service credits?
Balance	The balance of service credits of the corresponding user.
Count of charges	How often were service credits from this share used by the user, that is, charged?
usable?	Shows whether the service credits can still be used

valid now?	Shows whether the personal discount is currently valid
usable?	Shows whether the personal discount can still be used

Recent service violations

Column	Description
ID	Unique identifier of the service violation
Type	Category of the service violation: no-show or late cancellation

Waived on	Timestamp when the service violation was acknowledged
Waived by	Person who acknowledged and waived the service violation
