Unique customer ID

Unique customer ID is a provider feature. When creating a user, a unique ID is generated. This ID is a code of six letters or numbers and is generated with the help of the code generator. The ID is unique for each user.

This ID is displayed in Control Center on the overview page of each user.

This provider feature activates the display in ioki Passenger App. It can therefore, for example, be used for a simple authentication via phone.

If operator booking is active, this ID can also be searched in the booking form in Control Center, which makes it easier for the operator to find the user.
