GTFS Flex feed

GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) and its GTFS-Flex extension are standards used to share public transportation data, including on-demand services. The product feature GTFS Flex feed allows a provider to download a GTFS feed as a ZIP file for their product.

If activated, ioki Platform can generate a GTFS Flex ZIP file for the next 7 days of product data. If the feature is inactive, the feed URL returns 412 Precondition Failed.

Use cases of this feature

Providing a GTFS feed as a downloadable ZIP file allows a provider to share their service data, such as stops, routes, schedules, and booking rules, with external systems like Google Maps or regional transportation authorities.

Activate this feature

  2. Within the Product features section, select the checkbox GTFS Flex feed.
