Ride options

Ride options allow users to select one or more options when booking a ride. Typical ride options include book for others and additional storage requirements, but these can be customized for each product.

Driver visibility

Each ride option has a driver visibility setting that controls whether the driver sees it in the ioki Vehicle App. The setting is on by default. When it is on and a passenger selects the option for a ride, the option appears to the driver assigned to that ride. When it is off, the option stays hidden from the driver even if the passenger selected it—the passenger experience is unchanged.

Driver visibility is set per ride option in Control Center; the procedure is documented in Ride options in Control Center. In ioki Operator, ride options are read-only.
