Passenger cancellation statement

The product feature passenger cancellation statement enables a user to select a global or product-specific reason after they cancel a ride in ioki Passenger App.

If activated, passenger clients can show cancellation reasons for passenger-initiated ride cancellations.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the product.
2. Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Passenger cancellation statement.
3. Select Save.
