Retention of reporting data (in months)

Retention of reporting data (in months) is a provider-level setting in Provider features that defines how long provider-specific reporting data are retained before ioki Platform housekeeping removes older data.

Configure this setting

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the provider.
2. In the Provider features section, enter the number of months in Retention of reporting data (in months).
3. Select Save.

Behavior

• The value is stored per provider.
• ioki Platform uses the value during reporting housekeeping to remove provider-specific reporting data that are older than the configured retention period.
• New providers default to 60 months.
• ioki Platform validates values from 0 to 120 months.

This setting applies to provider-specific reporting data. Global reporting retention is handled separately.
