Skip prohibit parallel rides for rides with validated user location

The product feature skip prohibit parallel rides for rides with validated user location bypasses the prohibit parallel rides adapter when a ride starts or ends at a validated user location.

This option has an effect only together with Prohibit parallel rides. If the ride origin or destination is linked to a validated user location, ioki Platform skips the prohibit parallel rides adapter for that ride. If neither requested point is linked to a user location, or the linked user location is not validated, prohibit parallel rides still runs as usual.

Scope and limitations

This exception applies only to the prohibit parallel rides adapter.
It does not override Existence of intermodal solutions suppressed DRT-only solutions when that option is enabled in Prohibit parallel rides settings.
For regular ride creation, Preprocess ride requests with snapping user locations must be enabled in Matching so the requested point is linked to the saved user location.
If Preprocess ride requests with snapping stations is also enabled and a requested point is snapped to a station first, no user location is linked for that point.
A validated user location is not created automatically. In Control Center, operators can set the Validated flag for user locations that Control Center can manage.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

Navigate to the management settings of the product.
Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Parallel rides prevention.
Select the checkbox Skip prohibit parallel rides for rides with validated user location.
Select Save.
