Serial booking

The product feature serial booking allows users to create a series of rides based on an already booked ride.

Serial booking uses an existing ride as the base ride. The user selects additional dates, and ioki Platform creates, matches, and books rides for those dates according to the base ride.

Passengers can create a series in ioki Passenger App and in ioki Web Booking, where it appears as a recurring booking.

Scope and limitations

• A ride series can be created only from a ride in the driver accepted state.
• A ride series can include up to 14 rides in total. This means the base ride plus up to 13 additional dates.
• The dates do not need to be consecutive.
• The period for making prebookings is constrained by available vehicle plannings and the maximum threshold for prebooking.

Attanaljide is using a white-label passenger app. The product allows prebookings up to 90 days in advance. She can choose up to 13 additional dates within this period.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the product.
2. Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Serial booking.
3. Select Save.
