eos.uptrade

The eos.uptrade GmbH is a software company offering ticketing solutions for the mobility market. In ioki Platform, a connection to eos.uptrade is used to issue tickets.

The login information to eos.uptrade is part of the provider settings. Therefore, choose in the dropdown menu of the corresponding provider Manage eos.uptrade credentials.

To create the credentials, the following information is necessary:

• Username
• Password
• eos.uptrade Shop URL

Note that there is no payment involved when issuing tickets via eos.uptrade, but there is a fee that has to be paid for each issued ticket.

The payment of these fees has to be handled between the provider, ioki, and eos.uptrade.
