Link to external planning tools
The product feature link to external planning tools adds quick links from Control Center to planning tools used outside ioki Platform.
Use this feature when a product manages driver, vehicle, or vehicle-planning work in another system and administrators need a direct shortcut from the matching Control Center list.
This is a lightweight integration. It only opens configured URLs. It does not synchronize data, import plans, or exchange status with the external planning tool.
Behavior
When the feature is active and a URL is configured, Control Center shows an external-planning button in the header of the corresponding list. The button opens the configured URL in a new browser tab.
If no URL is configured for a list, no button is shown for that list.

Activate this feature
Roles: Super Admin
- Navigate to the management settings of the product.
- Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Link to external planning tools.
- Select Save.
Configure this feature
Configure the external planning URLs in Stemdata in the tenant settings of the product.
Use complete http or https URLs. Each URL is optional. Control Center shows a button only for the lists that have a URL.
