Driver shift summaries
The product feature supports driver shift summaries allows drivers to request a summary of their shift in ioki Vehicle App.
The summary includes operational data such as the driver’s name, license plate, operator details, shift start and end times and locations, and rides completed during the shift.
Scope and limitations
- A driver must be connected to a vehicle.
- Ride data is included for rides that were picked up, dropped off, or canceled after pickup.
Activate this feature
Roles: Super Admin
- Navigate to the management settings of the product.
- Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Driver shift summaries.
- Select Save.
