Role-based access control

The provider feature role-based access control allows a provider to manage provider-specific roles in Control Center. When the feature is active, administrators with the administrate_access_control_management permission on that provider can create, edit, and delete custom provider-specific roles and manage the Requires 2FA setting for provider roles.

This feature applies to provider-level roles. Product-level custom roles are still managed through the product feature role-based access control.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the provider.
2. Within the Provider features section, select the checkbox Role-based access control.
3. Select Save.
