Disable Firebase updates for passengers

The provider feature disable Firebase updates for passengers is a configuration option that prevents the system from sending Firebase updates related to passenger activities.

For more information on which events trigger a push to the Firebase database for ioki Vehicle App and ioki Passenger App, refer to this page.

If the provider is not connected to a white-label app, this setting should be enabled.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. To activate this feature (and therefore disable Firebase updates), navigate to the management settings of the provider.
2. Within the Provider features section, select the checkbox Disable Firebase updates for passengers.
3. Select Save.
