Operator booking

The product feature operator booking allows administrators (operators) to book rides for users in Control Center.

If this feature is activated, the option Create ride appears in the upper toolbar of the product overview. Selecting it opens the booking wizard. The wizard settings can be configured in the Booking Wizard section of the tenant settings of a product.

Use cases of this feature

This feature is commonly used when operators need to create rides on behalf of users who call to make a booking.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the product.
2. Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Operator booking.
3. Select Save.
