Driver’s logbook

The product feature driver’s logbook (formerly odometer) controls whether ioki Vehicle App asks drivers for mileage information. If activated, drivers can report the current mileage of their assigned vehicle at login and logout.

Logbook data are stored in the backend database and are accessible for reporting purposes.

Use cases of this feature

This feature is useful for tracking vehicle usage and maintenance schedules.

Activate this feature

Roles: Super Admin

1. Navigate to the management settings of the product.
2. Within the Product features section, select the checkbox Driver’s logbook.
3. Select Save.
