Refer-a-friend

In the Refer-a-friend section of the tenant settings of a provider, you can configure the provider feature Refer-a-friend.
If the provider feature Refer-a-friend is not activated, the following warning message is displayed below the title of this section in Control Center:
Feature not enabled: Changes to the setting(s) below will not take effect unless this feature is enabled
Allowed referrals per user
This field accepts positive whole numbers and sets the maximum limit for the number of referrals.
Maximum account age for referral code
You can also set a maximum account age for the referral code, ranging from 1 to 365 days. If an account exceeds the configured age limit, the code is no longer valid.
Benefits awarded for referral
For both the referring user and referred user, you can set the discounts for two cases: when the referral code is entered and after the referred user has completed their first ride.
Before these settings can be changed, a Provider Admin must first set up personal discount types.
For the following four fields, a personal discount type can be selected from a dropdown menu.
