For what this feature does, see Service credits in Platform. This item appears in the Control Center provider sidebar only when the service credits provider feature is active.

Manage service credit packages

It is also possible to define the cost and value of different service-credit bundles. From the provider overview in Control Center, select ⚙️ > Service credit packages in the dropdown menu.

Up to nine different packages can be defined and then purchased by the user. If the provider wants to offer users a discount for paying in advance, this can be configured here. For example, the provider can set the package so that the user pays 8 euros but receives 10 euros in service credits. If no such discount should be offered, enter the same value in both the cost and value fields.

These can then be purchased via ioki Passenger App.
