Permissions: update_product

In the Stemdata section of a product’s tenant settings, you can specify the following general information.

• Description (optional): A free-text description of the product.
• Comment (optional): An additional free-text comment about the product.
• Driver login slug. Identifies the product when a driver signs in to ioki Vehicle App, where it is entered as the product ID. It must be at least three characters long and unique across products. On save, the value is normalized: surrounding whitespace is trimmed, remaining spaces become hyphens, and it is stored in uppercase.
• Timezone. The timezone in which the product operates. It is used whenever the product’s local times are interpreted, such as the default service times of a new vehicle planning.
• Service times (optional): Free text describing when the service is provided. This is informational only and does not influence the actual service.
• Information about the vehicle operator (optional): Free text describing who provides the vehicles for the service.
• Driver emergency phone number. The number used by the driver emergency button. It applies only when that feature is active.
• URL for external Drivers planning tool, URL for external Vehicles planning tool, and URL for external Vehicle Plannings planning tool. Links to a provider’s own planning tools, opened from Control Center. These apply only when the external planning tools feature is active.
