Roles: Super Admin

In the Payment section in the management settings of a provider, you can configure the following payment settings. For what a payment service provider is, the payment method types, and manual payment handling, see Payment in Platform.

Payment service provider

Select the payment service provider from the dropdown menu: No payment service provider, Stripe, or LogPay.

Currency

Select the currency that should be used for transactions.

Merchant name

Enter the name that should appear on payment statements when passengers are charged. The default is “ioki GmbH”.

Accepted payment methods

Choose which payment methods are available for rides, service credits, and personal discounts, and which are reserved for operator-managed workflows. The option Digital payment methods provided by PSP is available only if you select Stripe or LogPay as the PSP.
