Pending GDPR deletions

Permissions: access_all_admins

The Pending GDPR deletions view lists administrator accounts that have a pending account-deletion request, so a Super Admin can review each request and cancel it if the deletion should not proceed.

Each administrator is shown with the following columns:

Column	Description
ID	The administrator’s identifier.
Name	The administrator’s name, linking to their account deletion requests.
Deletion attempts	How many deletion attempts have run for the request.
Latest result	The result of the most recent deletion attempt.
Deletion pending since (relative)	How long the request has been pending, shown relatively (e.g. 3 days ago).
Deletion pending since	The absolute timestamp the request was raised, in the administrator’s time zone.

Each row’s ⚙️ menu has a Details action that opens the administrator’s account deletion requests, where the request can be reviewed and cancelled.
