Roles: Super Admin

In the Company name section in the management settings of a provider, you can enter the following information.

• Name. The name of the provider.
• Short name. A short name that represents the provider or service. The maximum length is 4 characters.
• App display name (optional): The app name associated with the provider. If this is set, it is used in user-facing email subjects such as email verification, email confirmation, booking confirmation, generic notifications, payment failure notifications, and inactive-user reminder emails. It is also used in the subject line and body text of invoices and credit notes (for rides, tips, tickets, service credits, and personal discounts). If it is empty, ioki Platform falls back to showing only the provider name.
• SMS sender name. The name that appears as the sender ID. The maximum length is 11 characters.
