Custom reports

Every provider can access the standard reports that ioki Platform provides. Custom reports are different: they are provider-specific and are switched on for a provider only when needed. The Custom Reports view is where each custom report is turned on or off for a single provider.

Standard reports are always available and do not appear here. For how reports are built and calculated, see Reporting.

View custom reports

Permissions: manage_providers

This permission is granted by the following global roles: System Admin and Product and Provider Setup Admin. Access to the Management Area itself also requires access_management_interface.

From the provider view in the Management Area, select ⚙️ > Custom Reports in the dropdown menu.

The Custom Reports card lists the custom reports that are available to the provider, arranged by report group. Each group appears as a heading, and each report under it has a toggle that shows whether the report is on or off for this provider.

The list is generated for each provider, so the groups and reports shown depend on which custom reports exist for that provider.

Enable or disable a custom report

Permissions: manage_providers, plus administrate_access_control_management for the report’s group

administrate_access_control_management is a provider-scoped permission granted by provider roles such as Provider Admin and Provider KAM.

Select a report’s toggle to switch it on or off for the provider:

  • On. The report is enabled and added to the provider’s enabled custom reports for that group.
  • Off. The report is disabled and removed from the provider’s enabled custom reports for that group.

The change takes effect immediately for that report.

If you do not hold administrate_access_control_management for a report’s group, that report is shown in a muted style with a red asterisk (*) next to it and its toggle is read-only. You can see the report but cannot change it.
