In the Post booking actions section of the management settings of a product, you can select which follow-up actions ioki Platform should run after a ride is booked.

Post booking actions are handled by an adapter. The selected adapter is called only after the booking has been saved successfully and the transaction has committed. If the booking is rolled back, no post booking adapter is called.

Post booking adapter

Use this field to select the adapter for the product.

Adapters can place additional processing in a background queue after booking. This lets ioki Platform perform automated actions for the booked ride after the booking itself has finished.

Available adapters depend on the product setup. This page documents only the generic behavior and the standard None option.

None

Select None when the product should not run any post booking actions.

The None adapter does not enqueue any post booking actions. It is also the default value for products without a dedicated post booking setup.
