ioki Platform runs time-consuming and recurring work—such as notifications, payment processing, and task-list recalculations—as asynchronous background jobs using Sidekiq.

The Sidekiq jobs entry opens the Sidekiq web dashboard, where Super Admins can monitor job queues, scheduled and recurring jobs, retries, and failures, and inspect or retry individual jobs. It’s available to Super Admins.
