Webhooks

Permissions: access_webhook_management

ioki Platform can notify external systems about events by sending webhooks. In the Management Area, Super Admins manage the webhook endpoints configured across all providers. Each webhook is scoped to a provider and an API version.

Beyond creating, editing, and deleting endpoints, this view can:

• Enable or disable delivery for a webhook.
• Open or close the circuit breaker. ioki Platform automatically stops delivering to an endpoint that repeatedly fails—the circuit breaker “opens”—and it can be closed again here once the endpoint is healthy.
