In the Ride inquiry settings section in the management settings of a product, you can configure the following parameters.

Estimation adapter

Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu.

• Black Hole Adapter. This adapter never returns any estimations for a ride inquiry.

• Fixed time with Stations. This adapter always returns an estimation with a fixed waiting time (15 minutes) and real driving time. It always uses the closest stations to origin and destination by direct beeline distance, regardless of the product configuration.

Inquiry universal link GID

To configure a Universal Link or App Link for the ride inquiry, choose the appropriate entry by its Global ID (GID) from the dropdown menu. The dropdown displays entries only if Universal Links or App Links have been created for the provider.

Setting this correctly ensures that the ioki API ride inquiry endpoint generates and returns deep links to the white-label applications in the response body. For more information, refer to the API documentation.
