Restrict access for an administrator

Permissions: administrate_access_control_management

The Segment Access section is shown in the administrator’s provider settings only when this feature is enabled and the provider has more than one user segment.

1. Open the provider settings of the administrator.
2. In Segment Access, select one or more user segments.
3. Select Save.

If you save without selecting a user segment, the administrator cannot access any user segments of that provider. To restore unrestricted access, select Remove restriction.

What the restriction affects

When an administrator is restricted to specific user segments, they can access only:

• users in those user segments
• those user segments themselves
• those user segments when creating users in Control Center or ioki Operator
