Deutschlandticket

Passengers can now buy the Deutschlandticket directly in the ioki Passenger App.
The Deutschland ticket can be conveniently renewed within the app. An automatic renewal option is also available.
Passengers have the option of canceling the Deutschland ticket directly in the app. This makes managing the ticket flexible and user-friendly.

Time passes

Passengers can now flexibly purchase time passes (weekly and monthly tickets) for future periods.
This way passengers can purchase tickets beyond the current month and therefore have more planning freedom.
Passengers benefit from the discounted price for time passes thanks to advance booking. That also applies to rides in distant months.
This is particularly attractive for regular passengers who want to plan their mobility for the long term.

The ioki Data Bridge will replace the previous CSV import in future. It is a new powerful tool with extended functions.
The new tool supports you in your vehicle planning. Data records such as stops, routes, drivers, vehicles and operators can be imported here.
The integrated preview and checking function is used for quality checks before the import.
Existing stops can also be updated based on the external ID.
The tool’s intuitive user interface makes it easy to use. This makes the transition easier for you.
The ioki Data Bridge also contains new functions. With CSV export, you can choose between full export and a format that is suitable for direct re-import. This means, for example, that data can be transferred between Demo and Production.
⚠️ Important note: The ioki Data Bridge will soon completely replace the existing CSV import. Please test the new tool proactively and give us feedback.

The feature Vehicle Interior Configurations is now available in the ioki Operator.
With the feature you can easily and clearly communicate the available vehicle interior to your passengers.
With one single click you can transfer the interior configurations of one vehicle to the entire fleet.

The following functions have been successfully migrated to the ioki Operator.

There are improvements in the financial management of the Control Center.

All financial transactions of a passenger are now available in a single overview available as a PDF.
The new overview includes:
Ticket sales
Credit purchases
Monthly pass transactions
Individual fares
The new function can be found in the user menu under Receipts.

The latest version 2.21.0 of the ioki Vehicle App is available in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Depending on the device settings, you will be automatically notified of the update.

We are currently optimizing the communication between the ioki Vehicle App and the backend in one particular area.
These changes could potentially lead to increased data volume usage.
To prevent this, the new version 2.21.0 is already available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please note: This is an interim version, as the optimization work has not yet been completed.
